compliant meaning any SQL based reporting tool
such as Crystal Reports, Business Objects or Cognos
can be utilised to interrogate the SERVICEmail
database. The reporting suite falls into three

KPIs. These reports can range from organisation-wide
through division, department and section,
down to individual users where necessary.

This is another point and
click reporting tool offering high-level
two and three-dimensional reporting on the
SERVICEmail database.
These reports can be filtered by business
area, can be run once or can be run, automatically
offering Operational and Managerial staff
a real-time view on service activity.
Report formats can be altered to ensure
that the user displays the dataset in the
preferred way. These report again, offer
drill-down into SERVICEmail to view the
items that made up the dataset. |
