SERVICEmail - Reporting

 


SERVICEmail has a fully inclusive and powerful reporting suite offering anything from high-level ad-hoc reporting to detailed, automated trend-analysis to ensure that data captured is turned into management reporting for business improvement.

SERVICEmail is ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) compliant meaning any SQL based reporting tool such as Crystal Reports, Business Objects or Cognos can be utilised to interrogate the SERVICEmail database. The reporting suite falls into three main areas: -

Performance Charts

Performance Charts: This offers a point and click interface for reporting on business performance against targeted KPIs. These reports can range from organisation-wide through division, department and section, down to individual users where necessary.

Drill-down functionality ensures that the user can view items of interest instantly to begin trend-spotting.

The Scoreboard

This is another point and click reporting tool offering high-level two and three-dimensional reporting on the SERVICEmail database.

These reports can be filtered by business area, can be run once or can be run, automatically offering Operational and Managerial staff a real-time view on service activity.

Report formats can be altered to ensure that the user displays the dataset in the preferred way. These report again, offer drill-down into SERVICEmail to view the items that made up the dataset.

Report Generator

This is a wizard driven reporting tool that provides reporting on any area of the SERVICEmail database. This allows for extremely detailed reports showing trend-analysis allowing management information to become business improvement strategy.

The Report Generator comes with the Report Scheduling tool, offering automatic report creation and distribution to either an email address, local network printer or file location. In addition, the reports can be output in numerous formats to include PDF, HTML, Excel Spreadsheet and Text File for flexibility.
